I found the hotel to be suitable for my needs, though there were some drawbacks. The rooms were not as quiet as I hoped and were uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The layout was different from what was advertised, with the small room for the kids being cramped with two single beds against the cupboard. On the positive side, the location suited my requirements perfectly.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and coziness of the room, which also had a spacious shower. Being just a 2-minute walk from various attractions like the casino, CBD, and Hagley Park made the location very convenient. However, some noise from street racers was a downside.
The hotel is conveniently located with nearby dining options and friendly service. The rooms were comfortable with clean white sheets and warm pillows, although some noise from the road was noticeable at night. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent assistance and even allowing an early check-in. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, the overall stay was pleasant and value for money.
